1. Online Marketing Administrator 1 Position

Responsibilities

  • Manage online marketing activity; monitoring of activity, question answering, content creation, trend analysis, issue resolving
  • Discuss for design /development concepts with Marketing/Brand teams
  • Update and improve content (Instragram, Facebook), maintenance of target keywords and phrases for ensuring all online marketing activity is aligned to the particular products/services of the organization
  • Coordinate with internal PR and Marketing department and external, and maintain a corporate branding
  • Responsible for all deliver process by collecting, preparing products to customers on time
  • Make summary sales report
  • Others as assigned

Qualifications

  • Male / Female age between 23-30 years
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing , Information Technology or any related fields
  • Knowledge of Internet, E-Commerce, Website, Social Media ,Code HTML/PHP, Online Payment
  • Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Internet and Photoshop
  • Good communication skill, creative thinking, positive attitude, energetic
  • Able to communicate in English languages

2. Project & Administrative Coordinator 1 Position

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with various department both an internal office and external firm for project related matters
  • Provide assist and support general administration duties to CEO
  • Preparing regular sales and business report and presentation
  • Manage various administrative tasks that include gathering information needs; filing project documents, creating and maintaining project schedules
  • Manage and coordinate all project events related (watches project)
  • Handle accommodation and itinerary arrangements for management
  • Responsible for the back-office operation
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Male/Female age between 27-35 years
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Humanities or related field
  • At least 3 years working experience in project management preferably
  • MUST have strong in Administrative tasks/Coordination background
  • MUST be proficient in MS Excel, MS Words, Power Point and Outlook
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Hard-working, multi-tasks oriented, positive thinking and be delicate
