FAQ : I'm using Rolex Oyster Date just model, and brought to officail service center for checking up. Technician told that some parts of it (outer) are not real such as cover ring . Can your team tell the truth about it coz i thought it's original

Watch Clinic Specialist : To be able to answer your question, our techinicians need to see your Rolex in person, becuase we need to inspect your timepiece closely and see if they are original. Some spare parts ,the top ring for example, can be seen and told obviously if they are real or fake, because the materials are totally different from the original ones. I don't what center you went off to, Rolex's , our center, or which center? If it was the Rolex center,I think they are reliable.
