INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
Your ULYSSE NARDIN watch is guaranteed by ULYSSE NARDIN SA for a peroid
of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and
conditions of this guarantee. The international ULYSSE NARDIN guarantee
covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery
of the purchased ULYSSE NARDIN watch ("defects").The guarantee
only comes into force if the guarantee certificates is dated, fully and
correctly completed and stamped by an official ULYSSE NARDIN dealer*("valid
guarantee certificate")
During the guarantee peroid and by presenting the valid guarantee certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repair are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your ULYSSE NARDIN watch, ULYSSE NARDIN Sa guarantees its replacement with a ULYSSE NARDIN watch of identical or similar characteristics. The guarantee for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This manufacturer's guarantee does
not cover:
- normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of
the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as
leather, textile, rubber );
-any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use,
lack of care, negligence ,accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal,
etc), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions
provided by ULYSSE NARDIN SA;
-indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the
use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the ULYSSE
NARDIN watch;
-the ULYSSE NARDIN watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for services
or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond
ULYSSE NARDIN SAs' control.
Any further claim against ULYSSE NARDIN SA e.g. for damages additional to the above described guarantee is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.
The above manufacturer's guarantee:
- is independent of any guarantee that may be provided by the seller,
for which he carries sole responsibility.
- does not affect the purchaser's rights against the seller nor any other
mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the seller.
ULYSSE NARDIN SA's customer service ensures the perfect maintenance of your ULYSSE NARDIN watch . If your watch needs attention, rely on an official ULYSSE NARDIN dealer or an authorized ULYSSE NARDIN Service Center as set forth in the enclosed list : they can guarantee service according to ULYSSE NARDIN SA's standards.

Your new Oris watch has been manufactured in accordance with the most advanced watch technology, using high-quality materials. Before leaving the factory it has passed a series of the most stringent quality controls. We are therefore in a position to grant an international guarantee, valid for materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. By the terms of this guarantee, all Oris dealers and service centres will repair any defects in manufacture or materials free of charge. The guarantee is only valid if the guarantee certificate has been completed in full, stamped and signed by the authorised Oris dealer and a copy sent to the service centre in your country.
The following are not covered by
this guarantee:
Damage resulting from improper or insufficient care.
Scratched or broken crystals.
Accidents or normal wear and tear.
All claims arising from direct or indirect damage or injury caused by
wearing an Oris watch.
In case of claim under this guarantee, please contact your Oris dealer any other Oris service centre.
If the ORIENT WATCH described in this guarantee has a failure caused by any defect in material or workmanship under normal use and service, it will be repaired and/or adjusted at no charge for a period of one year from the original purchase date. In this case , take the watch with the guarantee to the source of your purchase or to a member of orient Service Network.
<Caution>
1. The guarantee is void in the following cases:
Failure caused by misuse or carelessness.
Failure caused by fire, earthquake, and other disasters.
Failure caused by an improper repair and modification.
The guarantee is not submitted or the entry is improper.
2. Glass, bracelet/strap, and cell
are not included in the guarantee.
3. In repair, the case , dial plate, hands, glass, and bracelet /strap
may be substituted.
